Foot Myths
Common Foot Myths

What to expect
Your first podiatry appointment will consist of a through history and examination of the foot and ankle. The proper diagnosis can then be made regarding your specific foot aliment.

Treatment
The most important component of a treatment plan is that the patient understands his or her diagnosis. The doctor will then explain all the treatment options available. The treatment plan can then be determined by both an informed, educated patient and the doctor. We provide educational brochures that define your diagnosis and explain the treatment options available.

Urgent Care
We recognize that emergency situations do arise and we do our best to respond as quickly as possible. If an emergency arises during normal office hours, please call the office as early in the day as possible. We have set aside time for urgent care and you will be seen as quickly as possible.

Professional Services
Our doctors provide both conservative (non-surgical) and surgical treatment options. Keep in mind that the advances in medical technology and surgical techniques make surgical treatment a safe and viable means to correct chronic painful conditions.

House Calls
Home health foot care services are intended to provide quality foot care to those that are not able to seek treatment at the doctor's office. Patients that are recovering from surgery or a serious illness are examples. Homebound patients suffering from debilitating, chronic medical conditions may also require home foot care.
